1 Information We Collect
We only collect the information needed to run your shop and keep your data in sync:
- Account information — your name, phone number, and password. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are securely hashed.
- Business data you enter — products, categories, prices, sales, purchases, stock levels and adjustments, and customer debt records (including any customer name or phone number you choose to add).
- App settings & technical data — your chosen language, app preferences, app version, and basic sync information required to keep your devices up to date.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or any data that is not directly related to operating the app.
2 How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To store and synchronize your sales, stock, and business records across your devices.
- To display reports, statistics, and reminders inside the app.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app's reliability and performance.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3 Storage & Synchronization
Your data is stored locally on your device so the app works fully offline. When you are online, your data is synchronized to our secure servers so you can access it from multiple devices and restore it if you reinstall the app. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
4 Camera & Notifications
- Camera — used only to scan product barcodes on your device. We do not take, store, or transmit photos or video.
- Notifications — the app may show local reminders (such as an end-of-day summary or a low-stock alert). These are generated on your device; you can turn them off anytime in Settings.
6 Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transfer over HTTPS.
- Securely hashed passwords and token-based authentication.
- An optional PIN lock to protect access on your device.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
7 Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active so the app can function. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data from our servers, except where we are required to retain it by law.
8 Your Rights
You can, at any time:
- Access and update your information from within the app.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
